We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any person for any lawful reason, including where a program is not suitable for that person.

14.Dispute resolution
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website will first be addressed informally: contact info@sightsolutionsgroup.com and we will attempt to resolve it within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes arising out of your use of this website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, in the county where you reside or another mutually agreed location. You may bring an individual action in small claims court instead, and you may opt out of arbitration by writing to Legal Department, 1908 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001 within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not apply to your program agreement, which contains its own dispute resolution provisions, and it does not prevent you from filing a complaint with the CFPB, the FTC, your state attorney general, or any other regulator at any time.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state of residence provides you greater protection and may not be waived, in which case that law applies.
16.Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Program Disclosures, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
