Complaints, licensing & regulators

How to escalate a problem — with us, and over our heads. You never need our permission to do the second one.

Complaints, Licensing & Regulator Contacts
Effective date: January 1, 2026

Our complaint process

If something has gone wrong — a fee you don't understand, a settlement you didn't authorize, a representative who told you something inconsistent with our disclosures, a communication you asked us to stop — tell us.

  1. Submit it. Email info@sightsolutionsgroup.com, call (888) 404-8613, or write to Compliance Department, 1908 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Include your name, the best way to reach you, and what happened.
  2. Acknowledgement within 2 business days, with a reference number.
  3. Written response within 5 business days — or, if the matter requires investigation, a written status update within 5 business days and a substantive response within 30 days.
  4. Escalation on request. If you're not satisfied, ask for review by the Chief Compliance Officer. That review is completed within 15 business days.

Complaints are logged, reviewed monthly by management, and reported to regulators where required. We do not condition the resolution of a complaint on your agreement to withdraw a regulatory filing, sign a non-disparagement clause, or delete a public review.

If we don't resolve it

You are entitled to complain to a regulator at any time, whether or not you have contacted us first, and whether or not our internal process is finished. Doing so will not affect your program, your fees, or how we treat you.

State regulators

Every state has a consumer protection division that accepts complaints about debt settlement companies, and most have a banking or financial regulation department as well. Find your state attorney general through the National Association of Attorneys General at naag.org. If you would like us to tell you which regulator covers your state, email info@sightsolutionsgroup.com and we will send it to you in writing.

Company registration & licensing

Legal name Sight Solutions Group LLC
Entity type Wyoming limited liability company
Registered company number 2026-002040660
Filed with Wyoming Secretary of State, 27 July 2026
Principal office 1908 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001
Program administrator ClearOne Advantage, LLC

You can verify our registration directly with the Wyoming Secretary of State using the company number above, and we encourage you to do so rather than take our word for it.

Debt settlement is licensed at state level, and requirements differ from state to state. Where a licence, registration, or surety bond is required for the program you are offered, it is held by the licensed provider administering that program. Before you enroll, ask us in writing which entity holds the licence in your state and what its number is — we will tell you, and you can verify it with your own regulator. If we cannot lawfully serve your state, we will say so on your first call rather than take your information.

Your rights as a consumer

  • To cancel. You may cancel your program at any time without penalty and withdraw the funds remaining in your dedicated account. See Section 15 of our disclosures.
  • To pay no advance fee. Under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, no debt relief company may charge you a fee before a debt is settled, you agree to the settlement, and a payment is made. If any company asks you for money upfront, report it.
  • To your own funds. Your dedicated account is in your name at a bank unaffiliated with us. You own the money in it.
  • To approve every settlement. No settlement may be accepted on your behalf without your authorization.
  • To be told the truth about results. Guarantees of specific savings or timelines are prohibited. Any company making one is violating federal rules.
  • To stop the calls. Revoke consent at any time; see our Do Not Call Policy.
  • To complain freely. Without retaliation, and without our permission.

Reporting impersonation or fraud

Debt relief is a common target for scams that copy legitimate companies' names and branding. We will never ask you to pay a fee before a settlement, ask for gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency, ask for your full Social Security number or banking password by email or text, claim affiliation with a government forgiveness program, or pressure you to decide on a single call.

If you receive a communication claiming to be from Sight Solutions Group that does any of these, forward it to info@sightsolutionsgroup.com and report it at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
