Programs

Four services, one standard: you get told what a program can do, what it cannot, and what it will cost — before anyone asks you to sign.

Core program

Debt Resolution Program

For consumers carrying $10,000 or more in unsecured debt who can no longer make meaningful progress on minimum payments.

You make one monthly deposit into an FDIC-insured account held in your name. As it builds, our negotiators work each enrolled creditor toward a reduced lump-sum payoff. You approve every settlement in writing before a dollar moves, and we earn a fee only after an account is settled and paid.

What's included

  • A dedicated specialist assigned to your file by name
  • Negotiation with every enrolled creditor and collector on your behalf
  • Third-party FDIC-insured dedicated account setup and administration
  • A client portal showing balances, deposits, offers, and settled accounts
  • Creditor-call guidance and written cease-communication requests where permitted
  • Settlement letters and documentation for every resolved account

What's not included

  • Legal representation or advice of any kind — we are not a law firm
  • Tax preparation or advice regarding forgiven debt
  • Credit repair, disputes, or removal of accurate credit report information
  • Any guarantee that a specific creditor will settle, or settle at a specific amount
  • Protection from collection calls or from being sued

Alternatives you should compare first

Before enrolling, compare this against: continuing to pay your creditors directly; a nonprofit credit counseling agency and its debt management plan, which may reduce your interest rate without the credit damage; a debt consolidation loan if your credit still supports one; negotiating with creditors yourself, which costs nothing; and consulting a bankruptcy attorney, which for some situations is faster, cheaper, and legally protective. We will discuss all of these on your free call.

For owners

Business Debt Relief

For sole proprietors and small businesses buried under merchant cash advances, business credit cards, and unsecured lines of credit.

Business debt moves faster and hits harder than consumer debt. Daily or weekly MCA remittances can drain a healthy business in weeks, and many of these agreements carry confessions of judgment and personal guarantees. We negotiate restructured or reduced payoffs on unsecured business obligations while you keep operating.

  • Merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing
  • Business credit cards and unsecured lines of credit
  • Unsecured equipment and vendor balances
  • Personally guaranteed unsecured business debt

Business debt is different — read this

Business obligations frequently include personal guarantees, meaning a creditor can pursue you individually; confessions of judgment, which in some jurisdictions allow a judgment without a trial; and UCC liens on business assets and receivables. Reducing payments can trigger default provisions, accelerate the balance, and expose personal assets. Business debt matters almost always warrant review by a business attorney. We are not one, and we will say so.

Hardship Consultation

A structured review of your situation with a certified specialist. Roughly 20–30 minutes, no cost, no credit pull, no obligation, and no pressure to enroll.

What we review

Every unsecured balance and who holds it, your monthly income and fixed obligations, what changed to cause the hardship, any accounts already in collections or litigation, and what you can realistically set aside each month.

What you'll hear

Whether a resolution program fits, an estimated deposit and timeline, the fee, the credit impact, and a comparison to counseling, consolidation, self-negotiation, and bankruptcy — including when one of those is the better answer.

What we won't do

No same-day-only pricing, no “this offer expires,” no asking for a payment on the first call, no guarantees about outcomes, and no signing you up for something we've just told you isn't right for you.

Included at no cost

Financial Education

Resolving the debt is the easier half. Every enrolled client gets access to our education library and, on request, a one-on-one budgeting session with a specialist — not a salesperson.

  • Building a working budget around a program deposit
  • Understanding your credit report and what actually moves a score
  • What the FDCPA lets collectors do — and what it does not
  • Handling a summons: what to do in the first 48 hours
  • Rebuilding credit after a program ends
  • Emergency-fund basics so this doesn't happen twice

Educational content only. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not credit repair.
